Summer 2025 Services
Students today are understandably excited about content creation and participating in an online community. It is critical that students learn how to approach the age of sharing online safely whether they are interacting with the Internet as a hobby or navigating social media spaces to create content. This 5-day camp focuses mostly on the creative skills required for creating content like story telling, organizing and planning, collaborating with a team, filming and editing. Students will design a week long content plan about a topic of their choosing and follow that plan to make a project to be posted on the Cruise Capabilities social media pages. That’s right! Your student will not personally be creating any sort of social media account and parents can opt out of project being posted online. Students will have the flexibility to work as teams or independently.
Content Creation Exploration
June 9th-13th 12:30pm-4:30pm
Students all across our community have fallen out of love with reading and writing. For the Love of Literacy is a 5-day summer camp designed to support students in the process of rediscovering the value of reading and writing throughout our lifetimes. We will explore all genres guided by student interest with some offerings of inspiration in the areas of poetry, fiction and non-fiction. Let’s find our reasons to read and write beyond passing a test.
